Manual Calculation
Find the lifters bodyweight in kilograms by looking down the left hand column for the whole number, then find the remainder in .05 of a kilogram by reading across the table to the right. For example, a 69.45kg male has a coefficient of .8971.
To find a lifter’s ‘Wilks Points’, multiply the coefficient found in the previous step by the individual Lift (Squat, Bench or Deadlift) or Total. The lifter with the highest resulting figure is the Best Lifter.

- PA can allow extra entries to major events but making the Grading guarantees your entry
- Also to enter Championships you must be a PA member and on the drug testing register
