Event Information

Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific’s top lifters will battle it out in Sydney’s premier venue; all age groups, Powerlifting, Bench Press, Deadlift.

Make Yourself Eligible
for the Australian Team

Australian lifters – enter now for Oceania’s major event of 2025, held in front of 30,000 fitness fans @ AusFitness Expo in the huge Sydney International Convention Centre. You are eligible if you have Total’d the following since 1/1/2024 –

Open – A Grade
Junior – B Grade
Youth – C Grade
Masters – Have Lifted

in a PA or similar competition; additional entries may be by the invitation of the PA Board.

TO ENTER –

1. Complete the on-line entry form + entry fee payment. Entry fees are refundable up to 60 days prior to the Oceania Championships i.e. 19 July, thereafter not refundable. Entries close 21 days out or when the Australian team allocation is full, whichever is earlier. Enter early to avoid disappointment
2. Forward to info@powerliftingaustralia.com a signed Team Code of Conduct
3. Purchase Australian team uniform i.e. PA suit + Australia shirt via the PA Shop. Uniform purchases can be made at any time up to team selection but are not refundable whenever made.

All travel and hotel arrangements are to be made by yourself.
